Strategic Planning

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Post-NSL Strategic Plan that includes religious liberty defense, inter-outpost communication, logistics, and probabilities of end-time scenarios.

Instilling Urgency

Keep the Advent Council and Outpost Leaders vigilant and focused by broadcasting the signs of the times, ensuring that complacency does not infiltrate our ranks.

Leadership Development

Identify, mentor, and empower emerging leaders within the movement to take on key roles in guiding and safeguarding the mission through the final events of earth’s history.

Stategic Planning

Our mission is dedicated to preparing the church for the final events of earth’s history.

Though the Lord does not require that his ministers labor beyond their physical ability, still, if they had, like wise generals planned to make every stroke tell for the future as well as for the present influence of the work, there might have been many more believers than there are today.

PH118 9.1

While their minds are aroused and convicted, and they have a disposition to investigate, present truth prudently, as wise generals prepare for the issue.

2LtMs, Lt 34, 1875, par. 18

From the light given me by the Lord, I have a warning to present to our brethren. Do not wise generals keep their movements strictly secret, lest the enemy shall learn their plans, and work to counteract them? If the enemy has no knowledge of their movements, they have an advantage. We are to study the field carefully and are not to think that we must follow the same methods in every place. If we move wisely, without one tinge of boasting, without stopping to challenge the enemy, if we advance one line of truth after another, crowding in the most important and soul-testing [truths], the Lord will take care of the result...

Sense of Urgency

Those in the Tribe must be leaders of action, the final movements will be rapid ones and we must be fully in alignment with the leading of the Holy Spirit to disarm the enemy and achieve decisive victory.

The cause of God demands men who can see quickly and act instantaneously at the right time and with power.

Testimonies for the Church (3T 497.2-3)

Rapid movements at the critical moment often disarm the enemy, and he is disappointed and vanquished, for he had expected time to lay plans and work by artifice.

Testimonies for the Church (3T 497.4)

Prompt and decisive action may accomplish great results.

Leadership Development

We need thinkers and strategists prepared to navigate unprecedented challenges under the Holy Spirit's guidance. These leaders must think clearly, decide quickly, and act decisively, fully surrendered to the Spirit's leading. Called to be pioneers, they will shape the movement's path with wisdom and courage, relying entirely on the Holy Spirit, knowing that without His guidance, they can do nothing.

The work that the church has failed to do in a time of peace and prosperity she will have to do in a terrible crisis under most discouraging, forbidding circumstances.
