Roles & Responsibilities

In order to maintain efficiency it is wise to break into smaller teams and take on individual roles. There will be some overlap and coordination needed with the Homestead Operations. Inside of the Training Center we will have an Administrative role, a curriculum team (research, publication and management of the web portal), the Faculty (Instructors/Guest Speakers), and Student Services/Community team with marketing, student counseling and the alumni program).

Enrollment

We will need someone to take lead on Enrollment:
- Setting up enrollment application form
- Reviewing students against criteria specified
- Coordinating with students for their arrival

Marketing

We will need someone to take lead on marketing, setting up social media handles and doing outreach.

  1. finalize the schedule
  2. develop a communication plan with talking points
  3. personal outreach to conference
  4. personal outreach to advisors
  5. personal outreach to donors
  6. outreach, email social media & whatsapp group messages to potential students

Student Counseling

Ideally we find a pastor or counselor to bring onto the team to do "office hours" for students struggling with various addictions/thoughts, etc.

Alumni Coordinator

At the end of the season we will setup an alumni program.
